I have a phobia about eye tests and would have put it off. But the optician said he could do me today if I wanted, and was so patient and kind I bit the bullet and it didn’t hurt! His colleagues were just as helpful with me choosing new frames, so what is usually a traumatic experience turned out to be fine. 5 all round!*
